Production comes first.
Project 8647 merchandise is produced after payment is accepted. Production time is separate from carrier transit time. Estimates are not guarantees and may change because of product availability, destination, carrier conditions, or events outside our control.
Know the total first.
We currently ship to valid United States addresses. The available shipping method and charge are calculated from the products and delivery address and shown before secure payment is submitted.
Tell us immediately.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate address. Email hello@project8647.com immediately if a correction is needed. Once production or shipment begins, a change may not be possible.
We send the trail.
When a carrier tracking record is available, Project 8647 emails a shipment update to the checkout address. If tracking is unusually delayed or a package appears lost, contact support with the order number so the fulfillment record can be reviewed.
