Because each piece is made to order, returns and exchanges for buyer’s remorse, an incorrect size or color selection, or a change of mind are not accepted unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Thirty days to tell us.
If an item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or materially differs from the order, email hello@project8647.com within 30 calendar days after delivery. Include the order number, a description, and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
Replacement or refund.
After the issue is reviewed, the appropriate remedy may be a replacement or refund for the affected item. Do not send an item to Project 8647 or a production partner unless support first provides written return instructions.
Before production.
To request a cancellation or address change, contact support immediately. Once production begins, cancellation or modification may not be possible. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
